FAQ
Questions, answered.
Everything we get asked most often about Learner before launch. If yours isn’t here, send it over.
Getting started
When does Learner launch?
We’re in private testing now and opening to waitlist members in waves. Everyone on the list gets access before public launch, in the order they joined.
What do I need to run it?
A WordPress site on a currently supported PHP version, and a block theme if you want the bundled course layouts. Nothing else — no separate page builder, no required add-ons.
Can I migrate from another LMS?
Importers for the most common platforms ship at launch, covering courses, lessons, enrolments and progress. On the Agency plan we’ll do the migration with you.
Building courses
Do I have to learn a new builder?
No. Courses, lessons and quizzes are blocks in the editor you already use. If you can write a post, you can build a course.
Can I drip content or run cohorts?
Yes. Schedule lessons by fixed date or days-since-enrolment, and group students into cohorts that move through together. Both are on the Pro plan.
How do payments work?
Learner connects to the commerce plugin you already run rather than replacing it. One-off purchases, subscriptions and bundles are all supported, and we never take a cut.
Data and support
Where does my data live?
In your own database, in documented custom tables. Nothing is sent to us, and there is no external service your site depends on to serve a lesson.
What if I want to leave?
Export everything as CSV or JSON, whenever you like, without asking us. We’d rather earn the renewal than trap you into it.
Who answers support?
The team that writes the code. Pro gets priority email, Agency gets same-day, and everyone gets the community forum.
Be first in line when we launch.
Join the waitlist for founding-member access: early builds before public launch, a launch price locked in for life, and a direct line to the team shaping the roadmap.
